Terms of Sale
These terms cover everything sold under the name David A. Kessinger and A Kessinger Field Manual: the guides, the books and their files.
Who sells to you
The guides are sold by MAOR BITON, Israel. Questions, problems and refunds: office@davidkessinger.com.
What you're buying
Digital files: PDF guides you can read on a phone, tablet or computer, and print for yourself. Right after payment a download page opens, you get an email with the same links, and the files are also kept in your Whop account. Your download page stays open for at least 12 months. Keep the email. If a link stops working in that time, write to us and we'll send a new one. The PDFs you download are yours to keep for personal use.
What the guides are, and what they aren't
Everything we sell is general education. It isn't therapy, counseling, medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and buying a guide doesn't create a professional relationship with anyone.
No method can tell you for certain whether someone is lying to you or manipulating you. The guides teach patterns and signs. They don't hand out verdicts, and we can't promise any particular outcome.
If you are in danger, stop reading and get help. In the US, call 911. Anywhere else, call your local emergency number.
Instant delivery and your right to cancel
The files are delivered as soon as you pay. If you live in the UK or the European Union, the law gives you 14 days to cancel a digital purchase until the download starts. By paying, you ask us to deliver the files right away, and you agree that this 14-day right ends once you start the download. Our own 30-day guarantee still applies to every purchase, wherever you live.
Your copy
Your purchase is for your own personal use. Please don't resell the files, share them, or post them online. If someone you love needs a copy, send them to the link in David's Instagram bio.
Payment
Payments are processed by Whop. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Whop's own terms also apply to the payment itself.
Refunds
Every purchase comes with a 30-day guarantee, for any reason. The details are in our Return Policy.
Age
You must be 18 or older to buy.
Liability
We're not responsible for decisions you make using the guides. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't legally be limited, including your rights as a consumer.
The law that applies
If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one that was here on the day you bought.
