Return Policy
30-day guarantee, for any reason.
If a guide doesn't earn its place, ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase and you get every cent back. You don't have to give a reason, and you keep the file.
How to ask. Open a request in Whop's Resolution Center, reply to your welcome message, or write to office@davidkessinger.com. There is no automatic refund button: a real person reads every request and answers it by hand within 7 days. The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
Can't find your file? Look in your Whop account, in the Files tab of your purchase, and in your email (check spam). Or reply to the welcome message and we'll send it again, usually within a day. If you'd still like your money back after that, you get it.
Editions. An edition is refunded as a whole.
After 30 days a sale is final, unless the law gives you a remedy: for example, if a file is faulty, isn't what we described, or never reached you. Write to us and we'll put it right.
The free guide (The 7 Tells) costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund. If the link doesn't work, tell us and we'll send it again.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
