This policy explains what we collect when you get a free guide, buy a guide, or write to us, and what we do with it.
Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
- Your email address, and your first name if you give it, when you ask for the free guide or join the email list.
- Order details from Whop when you buy: your name, email, country, what you bought and what you paid. Whop handles your card or account details. We never see them.
- What you write to us when you email for help or a refund.
We don't ask for health information, and we don't ask about anything that happened to you. Please don't send us details about abuse or your health. If you do, we use them only to answer you.
Why we use it
- To deliver what you asked for or bought, and to handle refunds. (We need this to fulfil your order.)
- To send you emails from David, if you signed up for them or bought from us. Every email has a one-click way to stop them, and we honor it right away.
- To keep the store and the site safe from fraud and abuse.
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it for other companies' advertising.
Who helps us
- Whop, which runs the checkout and payments.
- Whop, which sends our emails.
- Cloudflare, which hosts our site and the files.
These companies may store data outside your country. We only use services that protect it under their own published terms.
Cookies
Our site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Order records: as long as the law requires for sales records. Email list: until you unsubscribe. Support emails: up to two years, then we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can take back your consent to emails at any time. Write to office@davidkessinger.com and we'll answer within 30 days.
If you're in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version will be posted here with its date.
